Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting the TV station’s programs, services, and advertising opportunities to potential clients and partners. This role involves identifying new business prospects, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to sell advertising slots, sponsorships, and promotional packages.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the station’s programs, events, and brand.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to clients.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, advertising rates, and sponsorship agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the production, programming, and social media teams to create attractive marketing materials and campaigns.
Represent the TV station at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing and sales performance.
