- Experience in managing general contractors, construction scope estimation, Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work.
- Knowledge of Ericsson and customer construction standards enforcement.
- Proficient in troubleshooting practices, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and environmental compliance.
- Ability to interact with customers, property owners, and internal/external personnel.
- Basic understanding of contracts, budgets, and EHS statutory requirements.
- Field experience in managing general contractors, construction scope estimation.
- Previous work with Ericsson & AT&T equipment portfolios is advantageous.
