Description
Own end to end delivery of multiple construction projects: scoping, budgeting, scheduling, execution, quality, HSE, and handover
Lead project planning, risk management, and resource allocation across sites and subcontractors
Serve as primary client contact: set expectations, handle variations and claims, provide timely reporting, ensure satisfaction
Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and documentation
Drive cost, schedule, and quality performance using KPIs, dashboards, and progress reviews
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction teams, including third party vendors
Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, and HSE requirements
Coach project managers and engineers, build capability, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
