Description

The HR Manager / Senior HRBP will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This position requires a seasoned HR professional who can act as both a strategic partner to leadership and an operational manager of HR functions. The role involves leading the design and implementation of people initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business growth.
-Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
-Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and rewards.
-Drive performance culture by ensuring effective goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
-Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
-Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and recognition strategies.
-Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) or external partners on compensation, benefits, training, and HR systems.
-Analyse HR metrics, workforce data, and trends to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights to senior management.
-Lead change management and organizational development initiatives to support transformation and business growth.
