Build a local talent pipeline in Badagry and surrounding areas, while also attracting
experienced hospitality talent from Lagos and beyond
Organize job fairs, partner with local schools, polytechnics, and hospitality training
institutions
Create a structured 1–2-week onboarding and orientation program for all new hires
